In July 2024, PNK Group USA made an exciting announcement about the upcoming construction of a cutting-edge 1.2 million-square-foot industrial building at PNK Park Southern Gateway in McDonough, Georgia. This massive facility, set to finish construction by the end of the year, will showcase PNK Group USA’s innovative construction technology.
The building will feature top-of-the-line specifications, including a 45′ peak height, a 40′ clear slab, a 60 mil, R-25 roof, three-layer concrete walls with insulation, and 100% included dock equipment with 40,000 lbs. levelers. The lighting, at 30FC with motion sensors, is designed for maximum efficiency and functionality.
The durable and functional structural frame, complete with reinforced concrete columns, will allow for the installation of technology, production equipment, or overhead crane beams with a lifting capacity of up to 8 tons without the need for complex reconstruction.
Construction is already underway, with the installation of reinforced concrete elements and a concrete slab. In a remarkable display of innovation, HVAC equipment was installed using a helicopter on June 22.
