“Absolutely thrilled to celebrate the twins’ 21st birthday this past weekend!” the Real Housewives of Orange County star, age 55, shared with her followers on Tuesday, November 26, highlighting an Instagram post showcasing both her daughter Max and son Nick at the celebratory event.
The family enjoyed “three glorious days of festivities with relatives and friends in New York City,” which included dining at the trendy restaurant Carbone and reveling at Maison Close in Soho.
The initial photo along with several others flaunted jubilant toasts made by the twins alongside their parents, featuring bottles and glasses filled with Dom Pérignon. Heather teased her fans for “More images coming soon” as well as insights that will be discussed on the podcast later this week!

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE ahead of this occasion at the 6th Annual Vanderpump Dogs Gala held at Maybourne Beverly Hills on November 15, Heather shared heartfelt reflections about her twins’ upcoming milestone birthday.

“The twins are reaching 21 years old next week—it’s hard to believe,” Heather expressed during her conversation with PEOPLE.
“I’m profoundly thankful for my family,” she continued. “Of course, [Terry] is my soulmate. I have four wonderful kids who are all healthy. Luckily for us—knock on wood—all is well within our family right now.”
Max and Nick are joined by their younger siblings Kat Dubrow (18) and Ace Dubrow (13), rounding out an increasingly dynamic household.
While attending the gala event, Heather alongside husband Terry Dubrow also imparted valuable wisdom for parents navigating similar journeys with LGBTQ+ children.

“I’m fortunate to have four amazing kids; our family — fingers crossed — seems solid,” said Heather confidently.
Interestingly enough, three of their four children identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. The couple has been together since tying the knot in 1999—through Bravo’s platform they’re able to share insights into how they nurture inclusivity within their household.
“I genuinely appreciate how much exposure ’Housewives’ gives us,” Terry noted during his chat with PEOPLE. “It enables us to advocate more effectively for LGBTQ rights.”
Max publicly identified as bisexual back in June 2020; subsequently, Kat expressed being a lesbian a year later. In March of this year, Heather revealed that Ace had transitioned gender identity-wise too.
