Additionally, Rhea Perlman, DeVito’s long-time companion and mother of his children—though they remain officially unwed—shared that their younger daughter Grace “Gracie” Fan DeVito, 39, also became a parent when she had a daughter named Sinclair Lucille DeVito. Their family unit is rounded out by their son Jacob “Jake” Daniel DeVito who is now 37 years old.
